Returning items you have purchased.
If you wish to return the item you have purchase you must notify us with 7 days of receiving your item, the item must be returned in an un-used and resellable condition with all labels attached in its original packaging. If original packaging is no longer availabe a re-packing surcharge will be charged before any refund is processed.
If items are returned in a non saleable condition surcharges may apply, this will include damage to packaging, missing items from within a box, damage to items. If you intend to return your product through change of mind please ensure that they are returned in perfect condition.
Peppermint will not refund the cost of postage unless the items we have sent are incorrect or are damaged when we have sent them to you.
If you wish for the item to be collected we will charge a £30 uplift fee for strollers and £15 for small accessories
You can also return unwanted items to our stores however your refund will not be processed in store but by our office. This normaly takes 5-14 working days to appear on your account.
For your own protection when returning any items to us, we suggest you use a signed for service and insure your package to its complete value. We will not accept responsibility for any items which have been lost in the post being sent from you to us.
