How long will my order take?

Peppermint aims to deliver your order within 6 working days, 

What happens if items are out of stock?

Our website is linked to a central stock system, this means that stock figures are Live. Nursery items which are not in stock can still be ordered but a Back order message will be displayed in your basket before you check out. A customer service representative will contact you about the expected delivery date of products you have ordered.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment methods

  • Visa credit and debit
  • Mastercard
  • American Express - surcharge will apply
  • Paypal (Verified accounts only)
  • Direct bank transfer (details will be provided by email, please select 'call back for payment at checkout)


How is my payment processed?

When you process your transaction online payment will be taken immediatly unless you request a call back for payment.  If you request a call back for payment one of our team will contact you within 48 hours of you placing your order. 

We will only delivery to your verified billing address, we can understand that this maybe fustrating, this is due to high levels of fraud we have experienced over the last 12 month. We are unable to change your delivery address on any order no matter on value. If you order online you will not be able to collect in our stores. 
Your billing address must be verified through the Sage Pay (Lloyds) Address Verification system (AVS) and your credit card security value must match (CV2) 

This AVS and CS2 system is provided by Sage Pay (Lloyds) and is UK standard system which online retailers use to verify its customers, although your transaction may authorise, if you AVS and CV2 values do not match we will not process your transaction. Peppermint will contact you by email and you will need to contact your bank to rectify any data issues the National database holds about you 

If your AVS and CV2 values do not match we will not be able to process your order 

How is my order shipped in the UK? 

When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping email notifying which items you are due to receive on the shipment.  The email will go to the email address you have entered when placing your order. This email will include the following information

  • Details of products you are due to receive this will be used as your delivery note as a delivery note will not be sent with your order
  • Detail of your tracking number and shipping method
  • Your unique shipping reference number
  • Delivery address for the shipment

If any of these details are incoorect please call 0203 393 3103 so changes can be made.

Peppermint uses Interlink Express for all UK mainland deliveries, we charge a flat rate which if applicable will be show in your basket at checkout. 

Interlink Express do not deliver on weekends or Bank holidays, once your item is shipped we will email you a tracking number which can be used to track the whereabouts of your item.  This can be done on the Interlink Express website.

Interlink Express offer our customers a one hour delivery slot, this one hour time slot  will be emailed and sent by text message (if you have provided a mobile number on your order) on the morning of the day the delivery is due to take place.  Using this message you will be able to re-arrange your delivery directly with interlink Express should you need to do so.  Instructions to do this will be provided.

Your item will require a signature when it is delivered. 

If your item has been sent by parcelforce you will be emailed a tracking refernce number. you will be able to track the progress of your delivery on the parcelforce website 

How is my order shipped if I am overseas? 

When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping email notifying which items you are due to receive on the shipment.  The email will go to the email address you have entered when placing your order. This email will include the following information

  • Details of products you are due to receive this will be used as your delivery note as no paperwork will be sent with your order
  • Detail of your tracking number and shipping method
  • Your unique shipping reference number
  • Delivery address for the shipment
