Items purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund under our refund policy (please be aware that this is not the normal policy of our stores) provided that you have first notified us by e-mail customerservices@peppermint.co.uk or telephone 020 7277 4457 (from outside UK +44 20 7277 4457) within 7 days of the purchase and the goods are then returned in a re-sellable condition, which is at our discretion, with any swing tickets still attached. Please note that we cannot refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty. In addition to this refund policy, under the UK’s distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 7 days. For your own protection when returning any items, we suggest that you use Recorded Delivery, as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to reach us.
