Returning items you have purchased online
Items purchased on our website can be returned for a refund under our refund policy. (This is not our normal in-store policy)
If you wish to return the item you have purchase you must notify us with 7 days of receiving your item, the item must be returned in a resellable condition with any labels attached in its original packaging. If original packaging is no longer availabe a re-packing surcharge will be charged before any refund is processed.
Peppermint will not refund the cost of postage unless the items we have sent are incorrect or are damaged when we have sent them to you.
For your own protection when returning any items to us, we suggest you use a signed for service and insure your package to its complete value. We will not accept responsibility for any items which have been lost in the post being sent from you to us.
