Phil and Teds warranty Your Phil and Teds Pram is covered by a one year manufacturers warranty, This warranty covers the buggies chassis and fabrics but does not include general wear and tear to consumable items (tyres, handle bar foam, inner tubes and any other items which may suffer from general wear and tear)
In the unlikley event that you experiance a problem with your Phil and Teds buggy you may need to provide photographic evidence of the problem and you may also need to return any damaged items to us.
We aim to resolve any issues with your buggy as soon as we can but please remember that we may have to order some items from the manufacturer which can sometimes take time, we will advise you of this lead time.
