Phil and Teds, processing your order This page contains information regard the processing, shipment and delivery of your Phil and Teds buggy, please note that information on this page will relate to Phil and Teds products only. If you have any questions about the status of your order please contact customerservice@peppermint.co.uk | Dispatching and Delivering your Phil and Teds order Once we have recieved your Phil & Teds order stocks will be checked and your credit card will be charged, once charged our warehouse team will check and pack your order. This normally takes between 24-48 hours.
When possible we will ship items on the same day as they have been ordered but this can depend on our order volumes and the time the order has been placed
We do understand that babies wait for nobody so if you require your order more quickly than normal please email us customerservices@peppermint.co.uk and we will attempt to get your Phil and Teds shipped to you more quickly
At Peppermint all our Phil and teds items are delivered to you using parcelforce, a tracking number will be emailed to the address you have provided so please be careful when entering this on your order sheet, if you need to track your item go to parcelforce.com and enter your tracking reference number. Although at Peppermint we do aim to ship your Phil and Teds order as quickly as possible, remember our warehouse is not open on Saturday or Sunday and any public or bank holidays.
