Bugaboo - Brighten up 2012 with a Great New Colour

Electric blue, jade green and coral red are the bold new colours that Bugaboo strollers will soon be riding around in! These three energetic colours, inspired by 2012 colour trends, will shortly be available for the Bugaboo Donkey, Bugaboo Cameleon and Bugaboo Bee. Intense and vivid, each colour has been created to make Bugaboo strollers really stand out from the crowd.
The new colours are featured in a tailored fabric set (sun canopy and apron) for the Bugaboo Cameleon and Bugaboo Donkey. A separate sun canopy has also been developed for the Bugaboo Donkey and Bugaboo Bee.
These smart new accessories will give new and existing strollers a fresh colour injection! This is Bugaboo’s newest collection, available for six months only from March 2012.

Walking behind your pushchair in your familiar neighborhood makes you rediscover the surroundings with completely different eyes. The Joolz Day Expedition appeals to your urban and country discovery journeys with your child: urban & common safaris, trips and expeditions. The pushchair will not only take you everywhere you want to go, but it also features some smart expedition extras on the pushchair and accessories: an innovative hanger on the hood, which allows you to hang all the essential toys for your ‘safari’. A sun hood with a (hidden) Air Top, a great ventilation opening made of mesh fabric for some flow of fresh air. The chassis of the Joolz Day Expedition is shady grey which gives it the exact stylish and sturdy ‘camouflage look’ you need out there.
“You’ll probably never walk as many miles as you do when being a young parent”, says Emile Kuenen, creative director at Joolz. “And often it feels like an expedition whether you get out in your hometown or some place new. You experience the environment and the way you enjoy it in a totally new perspective. My inspiration for this ltd edition came from the city jungle life of parents or those who make their miles in the rougher countryside.”

It’s an expedition
All these miles you cover walking in the urban territory, dirt roads and steep hills are true expeditions where you spot new things together with your child. That’s why the Joolz Day Expedition is designed around the human body, that of the parent and of the child. Our products are ergonomic, functional, smart and comfortable. This is translated in every aspect of the pushchair. Like the high cot and seat position which relieves your back while taking your child out of the pushchair or placing him or her in it. Also, you can push your child in the Joolz Day Expedition at the table in a restaurant. The bumper bar can be opened with one hand from both sides. The extendable handlebar not only extends in height, but thanks to the ergonomically designed angle, also offers great space behind the pushchair for longer and shorter legs. And, last but not least, storage. The Joolz Day Expedition edition can be folded with the seat and stored upright on two feet.

“On an expedition you need to take special gear with you, right?”, says Kuenen. “On the back of the seat and on the front of the cot you’ll find a smart little bag where you can store your most important stuff.” And on the sun hood you’ll find a strap where you can hang some much needed (playing) gear on to, to keep the passenger happy during the ‘safari’. Thinking of an expedition, you can feel the heat. For this reason, the sun hood offers an Air Top: a great ventilation opening made of mesh fabric for some flow of fresh air. The chassis of the Joolz Day Expedition come in a special shady grey, which gives it an extra stylish and sturdy ‘camouflage’ look. The color of the fabric is mostly a beautiful subtle greyish green, but in some parts we made it look even more compelling by using anthracite fabric on the sun hood, cot and back of the seat. The handlebar and the safety bar are made of comfortable black snake leatherette, for this edition.

Peppermint has worked with Boori to bring you the first Boori centre in London, Peppermint 176 Northcote road now displays the complete range of Boori furniture including all Boori cot beds, chests and wardrobes. Our new Boori centre ensures that you can see the complete collection under one roof.
All Boori cot beds feature 2 mattress positions, drop sides making it easier to lift your baby out of the cot. Our 176 Northcote road store also displays Boori furniture such as four and five draw chests, Boori wardrobes and tidy draws.
