Delivery times 

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible, clothing and Nursery items are generally in stock and will be shipped with 3 days.

Stock and Back order items

Our website is linked to our central stock system, this means that stock figures are Live. Nursery items which are not in stock can still be ordered but a Back order message will be displayed in your basket before you check out. A customer service representative will contact you about the expected delivery date of products you have ordered.


Processing your transaction

Your online transaction is a pre-authorisation only, this means that untill we process you card no funds are debited from your account. We normally do this once items you have order are in stock (this applies to clothing items only, all nursery items will be charged in full on the day the order is placed) 

Unfortunatly we will only delivery to your verified billing address, we can understand that this maybe fustrating, this is due to high levels of fraud we have experienced over the last 12 month. We are unable to change your delivery address on any order no matter on value. If you order online you will not be able to collect in our stores. 
Your billing address must be verified through the Sage Pay (Lloyds) Address Verification system (AVS) and your credit card security value must match (CV2) 

This AVS and CS2 system is provided by Sage Pay (Lloyds) and is UK standard system which online retailers use to verify its customers, although your transaction may authorise, if you AVS and CV2 values do not match we will not process your transaction. Peppermint will contact you by email and you will need to contact your bank to rectify any data issues the National database holds about you 

If your AVS and CV2 values do not match we will not be able to process your order 

UK shipment 

Peppermint uses Parceforce and Royal mail for UK mainland deliveries, we charge a flat rate which will be show in your basket at checkout. 

Parcelforce do not deliver on weekends or Bank holidays, Parcelforce are unable to specify a time on the day of your delivery. They will delivery between 9am and 5.30pm on the day. 

Your item will require a signature when it is delivered. 

If your item has been sent by parcelforce you will be emailed a tracking refernce number. you will be able to track the progress of your delivery on the parcelforce website 

Overseas Shipment 

Deliveries outside of the UK are dispatched using Parcelforce international 

Charges for clothing items are a flat rate this will be added to your checkout when you select the correct shipping method 

Charges for Nursery items will Vary depending on the weight and country we are shipping to, please select "Pram Deleiveries International" when processing your order, we will email you a quote on shipping charges. 
Once you have received our shipment quote you will be given the option to continue with your order or cancel it.
