Peppermint buyers have been busy looking for new products and brands to introduce to our stores, Lindham manufacturers of the best selling stair gate are have now approved Peppermint Northcote road and Kingston-upon-thames as official stockist.
Peppermint has chosen to stock both the Lindham sure shut Porte and the Lindham sure shut Orto. Both the Porte and Orto are pressure gates so no drilling is required.
Both the Porte and Orto boast wider two way opening and push to close mechanism which is easier to use than standard stair gates. The Orto also features a self closing mechanism which means the gate will shut behind you ensuring you need not worry about closing the gate every time. Both the Porte and Orto are suitable for opening between 75cm-82cm and with maximum of 138cm with addition extensions the sure shut range will suit any opening.

The Phil and Teds Highpod highchair will be arriving soon, The Highpod is currently on the water and will be hitting UK shores before christmas. Peppermint will be stocking the new high chair from Phil and Teds in our Clapham and Kingston-upon-thames stores as well as selling though our online store.
The Phil and Teds Highpod is a great new high chair from those crazy kiwi’s at Phil and Teds. The Highpod is the world’s first certified, new-born friendly highchair and features Phil and Teds new aerocore technology.
Aerocore is a new material which Phil and Teds have developed to provide optimum comfort for your child while being light, washable and hypoallergenic.
Phil and Teds will start to use Aerocore in new products such as the Smart buggy and Sub4 both due next year but the Highpod will see it’s first application in the UK.

MACLAREN STATEMENT
Following a great deal of debate and comment in the UK over recent days concerning Maclaren buggies, with particular regard to the exposed side hinges which facilitate the opening and folding the buggy, Maclaren Europe Limited wishes to clarify its position.
Most importantly we wish to reiterate that the safety of our consumers – parents and children – is our primary objective. We would never compromise this and we take all consumer feedback very seriously, both in the design of our products and in supplying clear and unequivocal user instructions.
To this end all of our products are extensively tested prior to launch, including user testing. They also comply with the highest quality and regulatory standards.
We are therefore confident that used according to instructions, as with any mechanical products, all of our buggies are safe, and Mums should continue to use them with confidence.
